Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, processing time to make your  product ready takes 1 to 3 business days excluding weekends and national holidays.

All orders within Ghana will be shipped according to the options you selected at checkout. They will be shipped via DHL for district orders. You should receive your packages within 1 to 3 business days after it is shipped.

International packages will be shipped via DHL Express. Tracking numbers will be shared as soon as they are available. Remaynne is not responsible for duties, taxes or fees placed on your package upon arrival at your destination.

Once your order is received by a third-party delivery carrier, Remaynne is no longer responsible for your package. Report and file claims for damaged, lost or stolen packages with the carrier.
